We’re delighted to welcome Ian Richardson, Tahasim Shaik and Mariane Djedje to SLC.
Ian Richardson is a chartered civil engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and returns to SLC in a permanent role following six years working on Northern Powerhouse Rail. Previously an Associate with SLC, Ian has joined as Principal Engineering Manager and will assist the business with developing projects in the north.

Having recently completed an RICS-accredited MSc in Quantity Surveying at the University of Salford, Tahasim brings experience in commercial management, cost control, procurement and subcontract administration across construction, retrofit and groundworks projects. Alongside her project responsibilities, she will also contribute to the development of SLC’s social value and KPI reporting.
Mariane Djedje joins as Project Manager with experience spanning the rail, water, aviation and defence sectors. Most recently, she worked at AirTanker Ltd, delivering complex programmes within a highly regulated environment. At SLC, she will initially join the team to manage the delivery of a new Parkway Station project, alongside managing a growing portfolio of projects across the business’s non-rail sectors.
